Forgotten key reminder - function on Lancer X

Key Reminder function (forgotten key reminder) on Mitsubishi Lancer X will inform about forgotten key when opening the driver's door.

 

Given function is activated on Lancer X only in ETACS unit.

 

 

For activating you need:

1. J2534 compatible adapter. Bought here: Аliexpress

2. MMCodingWriter, the program for downloading and coding recording.

3. MUT Coding Mitsubishi, the program for coding editing.

4. Laptop.

 

Since 2021, the MUT Coding Mitsubishi program has become paid, or you can buy it from the developer, or use the built-in editor in the MMCoding Writer program.

And in this point Key Remainder Unlock -->  choose 1 of 2 operation modes:

A-spec. (Dr only) - operation when opening the driver's door.

B-spec. Dr and As) - operation when opening the driver's and passenger door.
