Coming Home Light - the function on Lancer X

Coming Home Light is another useful function, available on Mitsubishi Lancer X, which switches on the low beam for a certain time after transferring the key in LOCK position.

 

It is switched on by short time pressing of light understeering switch. After that the low beam switches on, at the same time one can close the car and go, and through the chosen time in custom coding (15, 30, 60, 180 seconds) the low beam switches off automatically.

 

 

Given function is activated on Lancer X only in ETACS unit.

 

For activating you need:

1. J2534 compatible adapter. Bought here: Аliexpress

2. MMCodingWriter, the program for downloading and coding recording.

3. MUT Coding Mitsubishi, the program for coding editing.

4. Laptop.

 

Since 2021, the MUT Coding Mitsubishi program has become paid, or you can buy it from the developer, or use the built-in editor in the MMCoding Writer program.
